Customer Technical Support Intern / Trainee
We are looking for a student in their final semesters or a recent graduate with a degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field to join our customer technical support team.
Technical and Language Requirements:
· Knowledge of Windows.
· Basic knowledge of SQL Server.
· Programming in .NET / C#.
· Basic knowledge of networking.
· Basic knowledge of Docker.
· Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud services.
· Fluent English, both spoken and written.
· Knowledge of Linux is desirable.
· Proficiency with Cursor AI or other generative AI programming tools is desirable.

Availability:
The position requires availability for extended hours, weekend work, and/or night shifts, depending on operational needs.
