About the program

This program is a collaboration agreement for the creation of a specific advanced training space on fraud and cybersecurity in means of payment for the financial sector. The objective of the course is to provide a global vision of the ecosystem that allows the participant to recognize the main actors in financial crime, develop skills to lead and plan a short, medium and long term strategy and an interdisciplinary scheme of protection and fraud prevention.

This higher education space will have a diploma accredited by the Rey Juan Carlos University of Spain, which will allow the participant to use different elements to improve their training and learn about the problems in fraud and cybersecurity, how to protect themselves, the best defense strategies, how organizations are being attacked and how to use new technologies and mathematical knowledge to contain this damage.

The Rey Juan Carlos University has staff with many years of experience, passionate about the issues of fraud, cybersecurity and protection capabilities. These attributes will be key to benefit students in order to protect the activity in their entities.

The Universidad Rey Juan Carlos has prepared the course program in coordination with Plus TI, a company with a long history in the fight against financial crime. We are convinced that this program meets current needs and will strengthen the training of fraud professionals.

Duration: 120 hours (4 hours every Friday from 16:00-20:00 Spanish time)

Total cost: 25 hours of support per person

Mode: live remote (Spain time)

Start: First half of October, 2024

Diploma accredited by the Rey Juan Carlos University of Spain.

No. Space is limited in order to make the best use of the course content and the resources of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Interested persons who have been left out of the quota are welcome to participate in future courses.
