We are hiring for our Project Manager Trainee Program in Guatemala or Mexico
About the Role
Mission of the position:
- To guide users and facilitate access to the information contained in the Information Security Management documents.
- Implement document management processes in accordance with company requirements and the ISO 27001 standard.
- Assist in the preparation of documents in accordance with institutional guidelines and policies; receive, register, and distribute archival documents in accordance with institutional regulations and policies.
- To provide timely and efficient information services focused on the consultation and research of archival documents to internal and external users.
- Use available information and communication technology tools and carry out the activities involved in the final disposition of archival records in accordance with institutional policies and current regulations.
Requirements:
- Third year of a bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Intermediate English language
- 1 to 2 years of experience managing and documenting processes.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 or ISO standards in general is desirable.
- Expertise in creating and optimizing process flows.
- Proficiency in the effective use of the SharePoint platform.
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Knowledge of organization and methods.
