At PLUS TI, we are looking for a professional to lead the integral process of technical training, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills on our software solutions.
Objective:
Plan, coordinate, direct, execute and supervise the different activities related to training in each of its stages, seeking to ensure learning based on the theoretical/practical method that allows the customer or technician to acquire knowledge and skills through a structured process in order to ensure the transfer of knowledge of the use, application and best practices of the software solutions that we market.
Specific functions of the position:
- Integral Training Management in all its stages.
- Course Development and Execution.
- Materials Management and User Certification.
Requirements:
- Engineering in information systems, Bachelor's degree in computer science or related careers, minimum 3rd year completed - indispensable
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a software trainer, implementer or technician - indispensable -
- Technical knowledge in networks, databases, e-learning platforms, experience in SQL programming languages - indispensable-.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish - essential -
- Skills: assertive communication, adaptability, teamwork, creativity.
